1) Processing Times

Order processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays in Australia).

Cut‑off: Orders placed after 12:00 pm (AWST) may be processed the next business day.

Pre‑orders/Backorders: Ship on the date shown on the product page. If your order includes in‑stock and pre‑order items, we may ship separately at our discretion.
2) Australia‑Wide Shipping

Standard (tracked): $9.95 AUD flat rate.

Free shipping threshold: FREE for orders $100+ AUD after discounts.

Express (tracked): Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Estimated transit times:
• Standard: 2–6 business days (metro); 3–10 (regional/remote).
• Express: 1–3 business days (metro); 2–5 (regional/remote).
Estimates only. Carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
Carriers: Australia Post and comparable couriers. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.
Authority To Leave (ATL): You may authorise safe drop at checkout. When ATL is selected, risk of loss passes on confirmed delivery scan.
PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers: Supported for Australia Post services.
3) International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries.

Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and service level.

Typical delivery windows:
• New Zealand: 5–10 business days (standard).
• Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days.
• North America & Europe: 8–15 business days.
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days.
Subject to carrier capacity and customs processing.
Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST and import fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges unless otherwise stated at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid options, where available, will be labelled as such).
Customs Documentation: We declare full value and correct HS codes. We cannot mark shipments as “gift.”
Unserviceable Destinations: If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.
4) Tracking, Delivery Issues & Insurance

Tracking: Provided on all shipments. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for scans to appear.

Delayed or Stuck in Transit: If your parcel has no movement for 7+ days (domestic) or 14+ days (international), contact hello@hustlehood.com.au with your order number.

Lost Parcels: We will lodge an investigation with the carrier. Replacement or refund is provided per investigation outcome and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Damaged on Arrival: Photograph the packaging and items within 48 hours and email hello@hustlehood.com.au so we can assist.
5) Address Changes & Undeliverable Parcels

Address changes: Email hello@hustlehood.com.au immediately with the correct address. We’ll do our best to update before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment.

Undeliverable/Return to Sender: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we can reship (additional postage applies) or issue store credit less original shipping (for change‑of‑mind scenarios). This does not affect your rights for faulty goods under Australian Consumer Law.
6) Split Shipments & Out‑of‑Stock Items
We may split your order into multiple parcels to meet delivery timeframes. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a backorder, alternative, store credit or refund.
7) Holiday & Sale Periods
During peak periods (major sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Christmas), processing and courier transit may take longer. Order early to avoid disappointment.
